1. The Yarra Valley Oktoberfest promotion is operated by Melbourne Presents

2. Competition is open to Australian residents only; to be eligible to win, entrants must be over 18 years of age.

3. Entries open in AEST 1/09/17 and close midnight 10/09/17 inclusive.

4. To be eligible for the $1,000 UPGRADE prize, you must purchase a ticket/s to the Yarra Valley Oktoberfest prior to midnight 10 Sept. 

5. All prior bookings are counted for this upgrade promotion.

6. A valid entry constitutes of 1 x SHARE of the post + 3 names tagged in the comments section.

7. Multiple entries per person are permitted.

8. This competition is run across multiple platforms and 1 winner will be determined from the combined valid entries.

9. Valid entries across all platforms will be tallied and the winner will be determined by a random number generator.

10. Melbourne Presents will contact the winner within 3 days of the conclusion of the promotion. Melbourne Presents will make several fair and reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If a winner does not come forth within 1 week of initial contact, a redraw will occur.  

11. Entrants are responsible for all costs involved in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of if they win the competition. Any additional expenses incurred in participating in the prize such as food, beverage, transport and any other fees are not considered part of the prize and costs will not be reimbursed by Melbourne Presents.

12. This prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

13. The winner and their chosen friends must all be over 18 years at 7 Oct 2017. A valid form of ID will be requested upon entry to the event. 

14. This event encourages responsible service of alcohol. The winner may forfeit or gift their drink voucher to other patrons.
